Weekend Passes
Wet 'n Hot Weekend Passes cost $160 before June 1 and $185 thereafter. We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard, money order, and personal check. We must receive your registration form by July 5 (June 14 if you're paying by check) to process it in time for the weekend. After July 5 we only accept walk-in registrations, and then only if we are not already sold out! The registration fee is non-refundable, so please be sure that you'll be able to attend before you send it in.
Your registration fee entitles you to three evening play parties; 24-hour access to the play party venue, continental breakfast at your hotel; two big afternoon barbecue buffets; and unlimited water, beer, soda and sports drinks during meal and party times. (That gives you more than 28 hours to tank up!) And you get a collectible T-Shirt!
Seriously, we go out of our way to make Wet 'n Hot a special experience. Our food is plentiful and top of the line. Our beverages are name-brand, premium quality. We truck in canopies, tubs and slings and build a great, sexy, piggy play space. We have cool gifts and prizes. We maintain a 10:1 volunteer ratio to make sure that everyone is well taken care of. We provide security at all times so that you don't have to worry about gate crashers or emergency care.
Our participants come from all over the US and several foreign countries as well. We take great care to assure that Wet 'n Hot is a memorable, fantasy experience for everyone!
Why Should I Register Now?
This year we've reserved six resorts exclusively for Wet 'n Hot participants. Even so, if past year's experience is any indication, it is likely that all six properties will sell out. In fact, five of our six resorts are already sold out, with the sixth one almost full too! It's a lot more fun to stay in a resort that is filled with like-minded pigs! Your best chance to do so is to register early.
How Do I Sign Up?
Download either the Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word version of the registration form (below), fill it in, and fax it in with your payment. (It is too late to register by mail.) Be sure to sign the form in the places that are indicated or we will not be able to process your registration! We cannot accept registrations over the phone because we must have your signature on file. If you do not have access to a fax machine, you may scan your form and email it to us.
After you register, you'll receive a confirmation letter with details about our private party location and host hotels. To protect our guests' privacy, we only reveal this information after you have registered for the weekend.
Day Passes
A limited number of day passes are now available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Passes cost $65 per day and entitle you to participate in all of a day's activities (play party, BBQ, etc.) Day passes do not include the commemorative T-shirts and other gifts that are reserved for our full weekend registrants.
Please order your day passes in advance. To do so, download, fill out and fax in a registration form (below). In the comments section of the form, write DAY PASS and the day(s) you wish to attend. If you leave the comments section blank, you will be charged for the entire weekend! Advance orders are due by Monday, July 5.
After we process your payment, we will email you a confirmation letter that includes directions to both Friday’s "Tank Up" Registration Party and our play party venue.
If there are any day passes left after our “Tank Up” Event, you may make arrangements to purchase them at the door by calling the Wet ’n Hotline at (888) 331-9615 on the day that you wish to attend. Doors close at 10 pm each night and no one will be admitted after that time.
The Forms
Once again this year our registration form is available in two formats: a PDF version and a Microsoft Word version.
We prefer that registrants download the PDF version of the form. PDF Files display properly on any computer and avoid the formatting issues that may result due to the many different versions of Microsoft Word that are available. To view and print PDF files, you must have Adobe's free Reader Software installed on your computer. If you do not have it, you may get a copy here.
NEW THIS YEAR: Both forms may be filled out using your computer! Please help us process your form more efficiently and ensure that you receive your confirmation letter by typing in your registration information! Then print the form, sign it, and fax or mail it in.
