| Weekend Passes
WNH Weekend Passes cost $160 before June 1 and $185 thereafter. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard, money order, and personal check.
We must receive your registration form by July 10 (June 18 if you're paying by check) in order to process it in time for the weekend. After July 10 we can only accept walk-in registrations paid in cash, and then only if we are not already sold out! The registration fee is non-refundable, so please be sure that you'll be able to attend before you send it in.
Your weekend pass entitles you to three evening play parties; 24-hour access to our play party venue; two big afternoon barbecue buffets; and unlimited water, beer, soda and sports drinks during meal and party times. (That gives you more than 28 hours to tank up!) Plus you get a collectible T-Shirt!
We really do go out of our way to make Wet 'n Hot a special experience. We truck in canopies, tubs and slings to build a sexy, piggy play space. We work with great DJs to create a soundtrack to enhance your play. We offer plentiful, quality food and name-brand beverages. We give away cool gifts and prizes. We maintain a 10:1 volunteer ratio to make sure that everyone is well taken care of. Plus we provide security at all times so that you don't have to worry about party crashers or emergency care.

Why Should I Register Now?
First, guys who register early get the discounted weekend price. Second, early registrants get entered into the lottery for a chance to reserve a hotel room on the actual play party grounds. Third, early registrants also have the best chance to stay at one of our other host resorts. (Be sure to read the accommodations page so that you understand the lottery and the rest of the hotel reservation procedures.)
This year we've reserved six resorts exclusively for Wet 'n Hot participants. Even so, if past year's experience is any indication, it is likely that all six properties will sell out. It's a lot more fun to stay in a resort that is filled with like-minded pigs! Your best chance to do so is to register early.
How Do I Sign Up?
Download either the Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word version of the registration form (below), fill it in, and fax or mail it in with your payment. Be sure to sign the waiver and your credit card authorization or we will not be able to process your registration!
FYI, we cannot accept registrations over the phone because we must have your signature on file. If you do not have access to a fax machine, you may scan your form and email it to us.
In a hurry? The quickest way to get results is to fax in your registration form, pay by credit card and request an email confirmation. We can usually process this type of registration in two or three days. The slowest way to register is to mail in your form and pay by check. That's because delivery to our mailing address can be slow. Also, we must deposit your check and wait for it to clear before we can send your confirmation. This process usually takes two or more weeks.
After you register, you'll receive a confirmation letter with details about the private party location and host hotels. To protect our guests' privacy, we only reveal this information after you have registered for the weekend.
The Forms
Our registration form is available in two formats: a PDF version and a Microsoft Word version. It's best to download the PDF version of the form. To view and print PDF files, you must have Adobe's free Reader Software installed on your computer. If you do not have it, you may get a copy here.
Both forms may be filled out on your computer. Typing your registration information helps us process your form more efficiently and avoid errors in sending your confirmation. Fill in the information, print the form, sign it, and fax or mail it in.

Day Passes
Every year eager pigs ask us about day passes. We may offer a limited number of day passes if, once the the registration deadline passes, we determine that we are able to host extra guests. Please understand, however, that our priority is to accommodate guys who have chosen to attend the entire weekend. It's just not fair for those who have invested in a weekend package to be crowded out of the fun by those who may only attend for a day!
Although we were able to offer a few day passes last year, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so again. Watch our news page and/or email us and ask to be added to our mailing list if you wish to learn if day passes will be available this year. |
